通过对杨树人工林生长的边缘效应进行的调查,结果表明:边缘效应在东部方向上最大;同一林内的不同杨树品种中,107杨的边缘效应最显著。通过对杨树人工林不同边缘深度上的土壤有机质、全 N、全 P 含量的测定,结果显示:随着边缘深度的增加,土壤营养物质含量呈递减趋势,即距离边缘越近,土壤营养物质含量越高;经对A、B、C、D 层进行标准地测量的比较,从最外层 D 层开始到最内层 A 层,土壤有机质含量呈递减趋势。这说明边缘对土壤养分再分配的影响比较明显,因此,树木生长的边缘效应可能与边缘的土壤营养物质含量较高有关。

The edge effect of growth for poplar plantation was investigated.Result shows that:the edge effects in the eastern direction are the maximum;among the different varieties of poplar in the same forest,the edge effect of Populus ×euramericana ‘Neva’is significant;the content of soil organic matter,total N,total P in different depths of poplar plantations was determined.Result shows that:the content of soil nutrients shows a decreasing trend with the increase of the depth edge;that is,the closer edge,the higher the nutrient content of the soil;through comparing standard ground measurements on A,B,C,D layer,from the outermost layer (D layer)to the innermost layer (A layer),soil organic matter content shows a decreasing trend.This illustrates that the effect of edge on redistribution of soil nutrient is obvious;therefore,edge effects of the growth for trees may be relates to nutrient content of the soil in the edge.
