目的对广州市海珠区8岁儿童第一恒磨牙萌出及患龋情况进行调查,分析公立、民办学校是否存在差异.方法采取整群、系统的抽样方法,按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》的原则,对广州市海珠区54所公立、民办小学三年级(8岁)儿童第一恒磨牙萌出及患龋情况进行调查,对结果进行统计分析.结果 6316名8岁儿童中,第一恒磨牙萌出率为89.9％,女生萌出率高于男生；第一恒磨牙患龋率为12.4％,民办学校高于公立学校,女生高于男生.结论广州市海珠区公立、民办学校儿童恒牙患龋率差异有统计学意义,建议除实施免费窝沟封闭外,还应建立针对民办学校的儿童牙病综合防治新模式.

Objective To investigate the current status of first permanent molar eruption and dental caries in 8-year-old children in Haizhu district of Guangzhou in order to analyze whether there are differences between the private and public schools.Methods In accordance with the principle of "the Guideline for the Third National Oral Health Survey",the first permanent molar eruption and dental caries in third grade (8-years-old) children from 50 public and private primary schools in Haizhu district of Guangzhou were evaluated by the cluster sampling method.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The rate of first permanent molar eruption was 89.9 ％ in 6,316 children aged 8.The eruption rate was higher in girls than in boys.The incidence of caries in first permanent molar was 12.4 ％.The rate of caries was higher in private schools than in public schools.The incidence of caries was higher in girls than in boys.Conclusions There are statistical differences in the incidence of caries in permanent molar between the public and private schools.Free pit and fissure sealant should be provided.Besides,a new model of prevention and control of dental caries for private school students should be established.
