目的:在交叉循环下建立动物模型,为进一步研究适宜材料制备的右室流出道重建带瓣肺动脉管道提供实验动物模型支持。方法将比格犬随机分为2组,A组为模型犬组,用于建立右室流出道重建模型;B组为泵犬组,用于建立交叉循环后对A组提供心肺支持。交叉循环建立成功后,切开模型犬肺动脉,吸引器吸引血少许后,基本维持无血环境,证实能够进行右室流出道重建的相关操作,处死泵犬,模型犬关胸后,常规饲养。结果共使用5对比格犬建立交叉循环,1对因主动脉插管过程中主动脉撕裂,当场死亡,余4对均成功建立交叉循环犬动物模型,其中1只模型犬术后3d死于失血性休克,另外3只存活1周后处死。结论可以通过比格犬建立交叉循环动物模型,为研究各种适宜材料制备的右室流出道重建带瓣肺动脉管道提供模型支持。

Objective To construct animal model of cross-circulation, and provide the experimental animal model for further study of suitable materials to make valved pulmonary conduit in the right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction. Methods We took Beagle dogs as experimental subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups, one as model group, used for the right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction, another as a pump group, used to provide cardiopulmonary support after the cross-circulation was constructed. When the cross-circulation was constructed, we incised the pulmonary artery of the model dog, using suction to suck up little blood, mainly maintaining no-blood environment. This proved that we could reconstruct the right ventricular outflow tract on the model dog. Then we executed the pump dog, closed the chest of the model dog and breed it. Results Using five pairs of beagle dogs to establish cross circulation in all, one pair died on the spot, due to aortic tearing during the aortic cannulation. The rest four pairs successfully set up cross circulation animal models. And one died of hemorrhagic shock 3 days later, another three dogs survived and put to death after 1 week. Conclusion Using Beagle dogs to construct cross-circulation animal models is feasible and it can provide modeling support for comprehensive study of suitable materials to make valved pulmonary conduit in the right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction.
