Strong development of 3D printing will inevitably lead to a significant impact on traditional logistics industry. The paper analyzed the development trend and typical characteristics of 3D printing. On this basis , twenty profound impacts from the 3D printing on the logistics industry were analyzed systematically. For example , the global logistics networks will face strategic contraction , logistics companies will compete fiercely, warehousing functions will be weakened, the fourth party logistics companies will develop vigorously, the material business will become a new darling, spare parts logistics industry will face life and death decisions, logistics pollution will be improved, direct interactions will increase between logistics companies and consumer and so on.
