目的：观察针刺联合枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征（ PCOS）排卵障碍的影响，并探讨其作用机制。方法将60例PCOS排卵障碍患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例，予枸橼酸氯米芬片联合针刺治疗；对照组30例，单纯予枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗。连续治疗3个月，观察比较2组治疗后基础体温、排卵、尿促黄体激素（LH）峰值及卵泡发育情况。结果2组治疗后排卵率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组排卵率高于对照组；2组治疗后成熟卵泡日成熟卵泡个数及尿LH峰值指标比较差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05），2组水平相当；2组治疗后卵泡成熟日优势卵泡形态（横径-直径差值）比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组优势卵泡形态明显优于对照组。结论针刺联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗PCOS排卵障碍是一种有效治疗方法，可以改善优势卵泡形态，提高基础体温，促进排卵，是一种简便易行，安全可靠，疗效显著，无副作用的治疗途径。
목적：관찰침자연합구연산록미분편대다낭란소종합정（ PCOS）배란장애적영향，병탐토기작용궤제。방법장60례PCOS배란장애환자수궤분위2조。치료조30례，여구연산록미분편연합침자치료；대조조30례，단순여구연산록미분편치료。련속치료3개월，관찰비교2조치료후기출체온、배란、뇨촉황체격소（LH）봉치급란포발육정황。결과2조치료후배란솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조배란솔고우대조조；2조치료후성숙란포일성숙란포개수급뇨LH봉치지표비교차이균무통계학의의（ P＞0．05），2조수평상당；2조치료후란포성숙일우세란포형태（횡경-직경차치）비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조우세란포형태명현우우대조조。결론침자연합구연산록미분편치료PCOS배란장애시일충유효치료방법，가이개선우세란포형태，제고기출체온，촉진배란，시일충간편역행，안전가고，료효현저，무부작용적치료도경。
Objective To observe the effect of Clomiphene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture on o-vulation failure in polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS) .Methods 60 PCOS patients were randomly divided into con-trol group (n=30),which was treated by Clomiphene citrate tablets and treatment group (n=30),which was treated by Clomiphene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture .The course was three months in two groups .Basal body tem-perature,ovulation,peak of urinary luteinizing hormone ( LH) and follicle development condition after treatment were observed and compared.Results There was significant difference between two groups on ovulation rate (P<0.05). The ovulation in treatment group was higher than that in control group .There was no significant difference between two groups on the number of mature follicles in mature follicles days and urinary LH peak indicators (P>0.05).Domi-nant follicle morphology in treatment group was more than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clomi-phene citrate tablets combined with acupuncture on anovulatory PCOS treatment combined with acupuncture is an ef -fective treatment method can improve the dominant follicle morphology ,improved basal body temperature ,promote o-vulation,and is a simple,safe and reliable,a significant effect,and no side effects therapeutic approach.
