目的：观察太极桩功对中风后偏瘫患者平衡功能障碍的影响。方法将80例中风后偏瘫平衡功能障碍患者随机分为2组。康复组40例采用物理治疗、作业疗法训练，太极桩功组40例在康复组治疗基础上加用太极桩功训练。2组均训练12周后观察临床疗效，并观察训练前后Berg平衡评分。结果2组训练后Berg平衡评分均升高（P＜0．01），太极桩功组训练后高于康复组训练后（P＜0．01）。太极桩功组股四头肌肌力有效率90．0％，康复组股四头肌肌力有效率70．0％，2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），太极桩功组股四头肌肌力疗效优于康复组。太极桩功组胫前肌肌力有效率90．0％，康复组胫前肌肌力有效率50．0％，2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），太极桩功组胫前肌肌力疗效优于康复组。结论太极桩功对中风后偏瘫患者平衡功能障碍的恢复有促进作用。
목적：관찰태겁장공대중풍후편탄환자평형공능장애적영향。방법장80례중풍후편탄평형공능장애환자수궤분위2조。강복조40례채용물리치료、작업요법훈련，태겁장공조40례재강복조치료기출상가용태겁장공훈련。2조균훈련12주후관찰림상료효，병관찰훈련전후Berg평형평분。결과2조훈련후Berg평형평분균승고（P＜0．01），태겁장공조훈련후고우강복조훈련후（P＜0．01）。태겁장공조고사두기기력유효솔90．0％，강복조고사두기기력유효솔70．0％，2조유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），태겁장공조고사두기기력료효우우강복조。태겁장공조경전기기력유효솔90．0％，강복조경전기기력유효솔50．0％，2조유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），태겁장공조경전기기력료효우우강복조。결론태겁장공대중풍후편탄환자평형공능장애적회복유촉진작용。
Objective To study the effect of the tai chi pile work on balance dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia after stroke .Methods 80 patients with balance impairment post -stroke hemiplegia patients were ran-domly divided into rehabilitation group ( n =40),which received physical therapy and homework therapy ,and the tai chi group ( n =40),which received tai chi training work on the basis of using the method of rehabilitation group .The Berg balance scale score and clinical effect were recorded and observed .Results The Berg balance scale scores were increased after training in two groups (P<0.01).The Berg balance scale scores the tai chi pile work group was higher than that in rehabilitation group after training (P<0.01).The effective rate of quadriceps femoris myodynamia in the tai chi pile work group (90%)after treatment was higher than that of rehabilitation group (70%,P<0.05). The effective rate of tibialis anterior muscle myodynamia in the tai chi pile work group ( 90%) after treatment was higher than that of rehabilitation group (50%,P<0.05).After training the curative rate in the tai chi group pile work was better than that of the rehabilitation group ,with significant difference ( P <0.01).Conclusion Tai Chi pile work has improvement action on the recovery of balance dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia after stroke .
