目的：调查金湖县儿童计划免疫接种率，探讨儿童计划免疫接种率的影响因素。方法：采用分层随机抽样方法，对金湖县11个镇2010、2011年出生的儿童进行入户调查，记录接种证上记录的儿童免疫接种情况，共调查360名儿童。结果：金湖县儿童免疫规划建卡率为98．61％（355/360），建证率为99．44％（358/360）。免疫规划接种率：卡介苗99．17％，脊髓灰质炎疫苗98．61％，百白破疫苗97．90％，麻疹疫苗95．83％，儿童“四苗”覆盖率95．83％；乙肝疫苗接种率为98．33％，乙肝首针及时接率为91．94％。流动儿童这些疫苗的接种率均低于本地，不同性别及不同年龄儿童“四苗”接种率及乙肝疫苗接种率差异无统计学意义。结论：金湖县儿童计划免疫接种率在较高水平，及时接种率较低。

Objective:To understand the vaccination status of the children in Jinhu County,grasp the relevant factors that impact the vaccination rate and provide evidences for immunization administration.Methods:Stratified random sampling method was adopted in the sampling survey on the children born in2010 and 2011 of Jinhu.Recording the children’s immunization records on the vaccination certificate by household survey.Total 360 children were investi-gated.Results:99.44% of the children in Jinhu had immunization certificates and the rate of card setting was 98.61%.The vaccination rate of BCG,OPV, DTP and MV were 99.17%,98.61%,97.90%,95.83% and the 4 EPI vaccines was 95.83%.The immunization coverage of HepB was 98.33%,but the first dose of timely HepB vaccination rate was only 91.94%.Floating children’s vaccination rate is lower than the local children.All indicators have no statistical-ly significant differences between born in different years and different gender children.Conclusion:Children inoculated planned immunity at high levels in Jin-hu,the timely immune rate is relatively low.
