目的：分析纤溶酶原激活因子以及生育受慢性前列腺炎的关系。方法：选取100例慢性前列腺炎患者（可生育组和不育组各50例）以及25例正常男性。采用SDS-PAGE电泳后指示胶铺盖法和纤维蛋白-琼脂糖PA指示胶打孔法对参与研究的患者及正常男性的尿激酶型纤溶酶激活原子（upa）总PA及组织型纤溶酶原激活因子（tpa）在精浆中的活性和表达进行测定。结果：前列腺分泌功能会因患慢性前列腺炎而降低，PA的合成分泌降低。结论：慢性前列腺炎与纤溶酶原激活因子系统和生育之间存在联系。

목적：분석섬용매원격활인자이급생육수만성전렬선염적관계。방법：선취100례만성전렬선염환자（가생육조화불육조각50례）이급25례정상남성。채용SDS-PAGE전영후지시효포개법화섬유단백-경지당PA지시효타공법대삼여연구적환자급정상남성적뇨격매형섬용매격활원자（upa）총PA급조직형섬용매원격활인자（tpa）재정장중적활성화표체진행측정。결과：전렬선분비공능회인환만성전렬선염이강저，PA적합성분비강저。결론：만성전렬선염여섬용매원격활인자계통화생육지간존재련계。
Objective:to the original analysis of fibrinolytic enzyme activation factor and the relationship between fertility by chronic prostatitis.Methods:select 100 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis (fertility and sterility groups 50 cases)and 25 cases of normal males.Using sds-page electrophoresis in-structions after cladding method and fibrin glue-agarose PA instructions rubber punching method to the study patients and normal men of urokinase type fi-brinolytic enzyme activation atoms (upa)total PA and original tissue fibrinolytic enzyme activation factor (tpa)activity and expression in the seminal plasma are measured.Results:the prostatic secretion will be reduced due to chronic prostatitis,the synthesis of PA secretion decreased.Conclusion:chronic prostatitis and the fibrinolytic enzyme activation factor there was a link between the system and fertility.
