目的：探讨关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法62例髌骨骨折患者随机分为2组，各31例。对照组患者接受常规手术治疗，实验组接受关节镜辅助下经皮空心螺钉＋钢丝环扎术。术后观察患者住院天数、骨折愈合时间和膝关节功能评分。结果实验组患者住院时间和骨折愈合时间均低于对照组（P＜0．05）。实验组患者膝关节功能优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论关节镜辅助下微创治疗髌骨骨折能够更好地促进患者的康复，具有良好的临床效果。
목적：탐토관절경보조하미창수술치료빈골골절적림상효과。방법62례빈골골절환자수궤분위2조，각31례。대조조환자접수상규수술치료，실험조접수관절경보조하경피공심라정＋강사배찰술。술후관찰환자주원천수、골절유합시간화슬관절공능평분。결과실험조환자주원시간화골절유합시간균저우대조조（P＜0．05）。실험조환자슬관절공능우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론관절경보조하미창치료빈골골절능구경호지촉진환자적강복，구유량호적림상효과。
Objective:To investigate the effect of patellar fracture patients adjunctively treated with arthroscopes.Methods:62 old man’s femoral fractures separated into 2 groups.Patients in the experiment group were managed by arthroscopes treatment and patients in the control group received routine open op-eration.After operations,the knee function marks,hospital days and fracture healing time were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The fracture healing time and hospital days in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The knee function marks in the experiment group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive operation techniques adjunctively with arthroscopes for patellar fractures may promote the physical reconstruction of patient better.
