目的：探讨血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素异常变化与宫内妊娠的结局关系。方法：选择我院接诊有先兆流产症状 B超确诊为宫内早孕的260例病人，根据血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素的变化分为正常组和异常组，观察两组之间的妊娠结局。结果：正常组的流产、死胎、畸形的发生率低于异常组，两组间差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论：动态监测早孕期 HCG的变化可预测胚胎的预后情况。
目的：探討血清人絨毛膜促性腺激素異常變化與宮內妊娠的結跼關繫。方法：選擇我院接診有先兆流產癥狀 B超確診為宮內早孕的260例病人，根據血清人絨毛膜促性腺激素的變化分為正常組和異常組，觀察兩組之間的妊娠結跼。結果：正常組的流產、死胎、畸形的髮生率低于異常組，兩組間差異有顯著性（P＜0．01）。結論：動態鑑測早孕期 HCG的變化可預測胚胎的預後情況。
목적：탐토혈청인융모막촉성선격소이상변화여궁내임신적결국관계。방법：선택아원접진유선조유산증상 B초학진위궁내조잉적260례병인，근거혈청인융모막촉성선격소적변화분위정상조화이상조，관찰량조지간적임신결국。결과：정상조적유산、사태、기형적발생솔저우이상조，량조간차이유현저성（P＜0．01）。결론：동태감측조잉기 HCG적변화가예측배태적예후정황。
Objective:to discuss the relationship between the abnormal change of serum human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)and the outcome of intrau-terine pregnancy.Methods:260 cases which are diagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy by B-ultrasounds with symptoms of threatened abortion were included. And they are grouped as normal and abnormal group by the change of HCG,and the pregnancy outcomes of both group are observed.Results:the incidence of miscarriage,stillbirth,and malformation of group A is lower than group B,and there is significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:dynamic monitoring the changes of HCG in early pregnancy could predict the prognosis of the fetus.
