目的：制定人纤维蛋白原真空冷冻干燥的最佳回温温度。方法：预冻过程分别采用不回温、0℃回温、-15℃回温、-18℃回温（均指隔板温度）比较其对人纤维蛋白原的外观、复溶与可见异物的影响。结果：预冻过程采用-15℃回温的外观、复溶与可见异物最好。结论：该工艺适用于工业生产。

Objective:formulate the best returning temperature in the vacuum freeze drying progress of Fibrinogen.Methods:compact the effection of the pre-freezing process to Fibrinogen in not back to temperature,0℃ temperature returning,-15℃ temperature returning and -18℃ temperature retur-ning.Results:-1 5℃ temperature returning is the best.Conclusion:the progress is applicable to industrial production.
