目的：比较腰硬联合麻醉、静脉全身麻醉于老年患者髋部手术。方法：选择我院从2010年1月至2012年2月期间收治的髋部手术的老年患者94例，随机分为腰硬联合组和静脉全麻组，分别进行腰硬联合麻醉和静脉全身麻醉。结果：腰硬联合组疼痛率为68．09％，静脉全麻组疼痛率为23．40％，腰硬联合组疼痛率高于静脉全麻组（P＜0．01）；麻醉后5min、术中、术后8h收缩压、舒张压、心率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；术后8h VAS评分静脉全麻组高于腰硬联合组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：在老年髋部手术患者进行麻醉处理时，静脉全身麻醉或腰硬联合麻醉各有优势，应必须根据患者具体情况选择最佳麻醉方法。

목적：비교요경연합마취、정맥전신마취우노년환자관부수술。방법：선택아원종2010년1월지2012년2월기간수치적관부수술적노년환자94례，수궤분위요경연합조화정맥전마조，분별진행요경연합마취화정맥전신마취。결과：요경연합조동통솔위68．09％，정맥전마조동통솔위23．40％，요경연합조동통솔고우정맥전마조（P＜0．01）；마취후5min、술중、술후8h수축압、서장압、심솔차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；술후8h VAS평분정맥전마조고우요경연합조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：재노년관부수술환자진행마취처리시，정맥전신마취혹요경연합마취각유우세，응필수근거환자구체정황선택최가마취방법。
Objective:To compare the combined spinal epidural anesthesia,intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with hip operation.Methods:in our hospital from 94 elderly patients admitted during the period from 2010 January to 2012 February hip operation patients,randomly divided into combined spi-nal epidural group and intravenous general anesthesia group,respectively,combined spinal epidural anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia.Results:the com-bined spinal epidural pain group rate for 68.09%,intravenous anesthesia pain group was 23.40%,lumbar epidural pain group was higher than that of intra-venous general anesthesia group (P<0.01);5min after anesthesia,intraoperative,postoperative 8h systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate were significant difference (P<0.05)after operation;8h VAS score of intravenous anesthesia group was higher than that of the combined spinal epidural group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:anesthesia in elderly patients with hip operation,intravenous general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia has advantages,must choose the best method of anesthesia according to the specific circumstances of patients.
