目的：探讨集束干预措施在预防重型颅脑损伤患者足下垂中的应用效果。方法：48例重型颅脑损伤的患者随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用防足下垂常规的护理，实验组在此基础上采用集束干预措施，比较两组患者足下垂的发生率。结果：对照组患者足下垂发生率33.3%，实验组8.3%，实验组足下垂低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论：采用集束干预措施能有效降低足下垂发生率，改善患者生存质量，提高护理质量。
목적：탐토집속간예조시재예방중형로뇌손상환자족하수중적응용효과。방법：48례중형로뇌손상적환자수궤분위대조조화실험조，대조조채용방족하수상규적호리，실험조재차기출상채용집속간예조시，비교량조환자족하수적발생솔。결과：대조조환자족하수발생솔33.3%，실험조8.3%，실험조족하수저우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（<0.05）。결론：채용집속간예조시능유효강저족하수발생솔，개선환자생존질량，제고호리질량。
Objectiye:To explore the cluster intervention measures in preventing pendency foot of severe craniocerebral in-jury patients. Methods:48 cases with severe craniocerebral injury,form April,2011 to December,2013 in our hospital, were included in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,24 cases in each group. Conventional nursing for pendency foot was adopted in control group;cluster intervention measures for pendency foot were taken in the experimental group,the incidence rate of pendency foot of the two groups was compared. Results:The incidence of pendency foot in control group was 33. 3% ,while in experimental group was 8. 3%( < 0. 05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Cluster intervention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of pendency foot to improve the quality of life,as well as the quality of nursing.
