目的：探讨延续性护理干预在脑卒中患者中的临床应用效果。方法：选取2011年8月至2012年8月某医院收治的52名缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象，按就诊顺序将患者随机分为对照组、干预组，干预组在常规护理的基础上采取延续性护理干预，对照组只进行常规护理。在干预前及干预后3个月、6个月采用简易智能精神状态检查量表和Barthel指数量表分别评估患者的认知功能及日常生活能力，同时分析患者遵医行为的变化。结果：干预后3个月和6个月，两组患者的MMSE评分及BI评分虽然都有所提高但不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)，干预组患者的遵医行为较对照组改善明显。结论：延续性护理干预有效改善了脑卒中患者的遵医行为，值得临床进一步推广及应用。
목적：탐토연속성호리간예재뇌졸중환자중적림상응용효과。방법：선취2011년8월지2012년8월모의원수치적52명결혈성뇌졸중환자작위연구대상，안취진순서장환자수궤분위대조조、간예조，간예조재상규호리적기출상채취연속성호리간예，대조조지진행상규호리。재간예전급간예후3개월、6개월채용간역지능정신상태검사량표화Barthel지수량표분별평고환자적인지공능급일상생활능력，동시분석환자준의행위적변화。결과：간예후3개월화6개월，량조환자적MMSE평분급BI평분수연도유소제고단불구유통계학차이(P>0.05)，간예조환자적준의행위교대조조개선명현。결론：연속성호리간예유효개선료뇌졸중환자적준의행위，치득림상진일보추엄급응용。
Objective:To explore the effects of continuing care on post-stroke patients. Methods:Fifty-two post-stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and study group respectively. Patients in the control group received routine care interventions, while patients in the study group received routine care plus continuing care interventions. The patients were measured with MMSE and BI before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after intervention. Results:The scores of MMSE and BI in the two groups at 3, 6 months were signiifcantly higher than before intervention (P<0.001);however the differences between the two groups were not signiifcant (all P>0.05). Patients' regular medication, exercise time, timely return visit, proper diet and other indicators of compliance behavior in the study group were signiifcantly improved than the control. Conclusion:To a certain extent, continuing care can improve stroke patient's compliance behavior. It is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
