氯吡格雷是一种临床常见的抗血小板药物，在急性冠脉综合征患者中应用广泛。长期随访发现，部分患者对氯吡格雷无反应或低反应，即存在药物抵抗现象。氯吡格雷低抗者的血小板聚集率高、不良心血管事件发生率增加。本文对氯吡格雷的作用机制、氯吡格雷抵抗的检测方法、原因及治疗对策等作一综述。

Clopidogrel plays a significant role in the prevention of thrombotic events in patients with acute coronary syn -drome,but a substantial number of patients demonstrate no response or low response to the drug ,which is regarded as the phenomenon of drug resistance .Clopidpgrel-resistance patients have higher platelet aggregation and more frequency to suf -fer from adverse cardiovascular events than the others .The mechanism of the reaction and resistance of clopidogrel , meas-urement of clopidogrel resistance together with the treatment strategy are compeahended in this article .
