目的:观察冠状动脉慢血流现象(CSFP)患者血清脂联素(APN)水平的变化,探讨两者的相关性。方法采用TIMI计帧法(TFC)作为测定CSFP的指标,将入选病例分为CSFP组(观察组)及无CSFP现象(对照组)两组。观察组106例,对照组100例,均排除既往冠心病及其他类型心脏病。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定血清APN的含量。分析血清APN与冠状动脉血流TFC之间的相关性。结果观察组的血清APN水平[(8.2±2.74)mg/L]明显低于对照组[(11.3±3.0)mg/L],差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清APN与CSFP呈负相关(r=-0.56,P<0.01),高血压、吸烟占比观察组明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论血清APN水平与CSFP之间存在相关性,同时发现高血压及吸烟也与CSFP有关。

목적:관찰관상동맥만혈류현상(CSFP)환자혈청지련소(APN)수평적변화,탐토량자적상관성。방법채용TIMI계정법(TFC)작위측정CSFP적지표,장입선병례분위CSFP조(관찰조)급무CSFP현상(대조조)량조。관찰조106례,대조조100례,균배제기왕관심병급기타류형심장병。채용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)법측정혈청APN적함량。분석혈청APN여관상동맥혈류TFC지간적상관성。결과관찰조적혈청APN수평[(8.2±2.74)mg/L]명현저우대조조[(11.3±3.0)mg/L],차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01)。혈청APN여CSFP정부상관(r=-0.56,P<0.01),고혈압、흡연점비관찰조명현고우대조조(균P<0.05)。결론혈청APN수평여CSFP지간존재상관성,동시발현고혈압급흡연야여CSFP유관。
Objective To explore the change of serum adiponectin (APN) concentration in patients with coronary slow flow(CSF) phenomenon and the relationship between serum APN and coronary flow. Methods 206 cases without coronary artery disease and other heart diseases were divided into CSF group(n=106) and control group(n=100) based on TIMI frame count(TFC). Serum APN was measured by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay. The relationship between serum APN and TFC was evaluated. Results The serum APN concentration was significantly lower in CSF group than in control group [ (8.2±2.74)mg/L vs.(11.3±3.0)mg/L, P<0.01]. TFC was negatively correlated with serum APN(r=- 0.56, P<0.01). The ratios of hypertension and smoking were significantly higher in CSF group than in control group (al P<0.05). Conclusion There is an obvious correlation between serum APN concentration and CSF. Hypertension and smoking are also associated with CSF.
