目的:探索使用乌司他丁对老年小鼠术后中枢炎症反应及术后学习记忆能力的影响。方法老年小鼠随机分为对照组(C组),手术组(S组),乌司他丁组(W组),S组和W组建立小鼠剖腹探查模型,W组于手术前10 min腹腔注射乌司他丁(10000μ/mL,100μ/g),S组于手术前10 min注射生理盐水0.5 mL。术后1 d,3 d,7 d采用real-time PCR检测各组小鼠海马IL-1β、TNF-α浓度,使用水迷宫实验检测小鼠术后7 d学习记忆能力。结果与对照组C组相比,S组,W组术后1 d,3 d,7 d小鼠海马IL-1β,TNF-α表达均增多;术后1 d、3 d,W组表达较S组较低。与C组比较,S组,W组小鼠水迷宫术后4~6 d潜伏期延长,术后7 d穿越原平台次数减少,但W组较S组术后3~6d潜伏期短,术后7d穿越原平台次数多。结论乌司他丁可抑制手术后老年小鼠中枢炎症反应,改善小鼠手术引起的学习记忆能力。

목적:탐색사용오사타정대노년소서술후중추염증반응급술후학습기억능력적영향。방법노년소서수궤분위대조조(C조),수술조(S조),오사타정조(W조),S조화W조건립소서부복탐사모형,W조우수술전10 min복강주사오사타정(10000μ/mL,100μ/g),S조우수술전10 min주사생리염수0.5 mL。술후1 d,3 d,7 d채용real-time PCR검측각조소서해마IL-1β、TNF-α농도,사용수미궁실험검측소서술후7 d학습기억능력。결과여대조조C조상비,S조,W조술후1 d,3 d,7 d소서해마IL-1β,TNF-α표체균증다;술후1 d、3 d,W조표체교S조교저。여C조비교,S조,W조소서수미궁술후4~6 d잠복기연장,술후7 d천월원평태차수감소,단W조교S조술후3~6d잠복기단,술후7d천월원평태차수다。결론오사타정가억제수술후노년소서중추염증반응,개선소서수술인기적학습기억능력。
Objective To investigate using ulinastatin to the change in aged mouses'memory and central nervous inflam-maorg reartion fillouwing sallgical operation .Methods Aged mouses were randomly allocated to the following na ve ( group C), abdominal surgery alone(group S) and intraperitoneally injection of ulinastatin before surgery (group U).Hippocam-pal IL-1β,TNF-αwere measured by real -time PCR 1 d,3 d,7 d after surgery.Mouse’memory was assessed in Morris water maze test.Results Compared with that of control , the expression of IL-1β,TNF-αin mouse’ hippocampa are en-hanced after surgery and diminished if using ulinastatin 1 d,3 d or 7 d after surgery.Surgery could result in mouse'memory impairment and diminished if using ulinastatin in Morris water maze .Conclusion Ulinastatin could suppoess cerebral in-flammating reastron and diminish the memory impairment induced by operctron in mice .
