目的：评价肺炎支原体ELISA 检测试剂盒在临床应用的效果。方法用肺炎支原体ELISA 检测试剂盒检测呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本，并以肺炎支原体快速检测培养基试剂做同步盲法对照试验，分析该试剂盒的准确性及批内、批间产品的稳定性。结果在100例呼吸道感染患儿咽拭子标本中，肺炎支原体ELISA检测法阳性率为38％，肺炎支原体快速检测培养基法阳性率为37％，两种方法阳性结果符合率为97％。同步盲法试验结果显示，肺炎支原体ELISA检测试剂盒批内、批间产品阳性结果的一致率均为100％。结论该试剂盒具有较好的准确度和特异性，并且操作简便、快速，临床可推广应用。
목적：평개폐염지원체ELISA 검측시제합재림상응용적효과。방법용폐염지원체ELISA 검측시제합검측호흡도감염환인적인식자표본，병이폐염지원체쾌속검측배양기시제주동보맹법대조시험，분석해시제합적준학성급비내、비간산품적은정성。결과재100례호흡도감염환인인식자표본중，폐염지원체ELISA검측법양성솔위38％，폐염지원체쾌속검측배양기법양성솔위37％，량충방법양성결과부합솔위97％。동보맹법시험결과현시，폐염지원체ELISA검측시제합비내、비간산품양성결과적일치솔균위100％。결론해시제합구유교호적준학도화특이성，병차조작간편、쾌속，림상가추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect on clinical application of a commercial ELISA kit for diagnosis of Myco-plasm pneumonia .Methods The throat swab samples from 100 child-cases with respiratory tract infection were detected by using the ELISA kit ,a licensed rapid culture medium used as a blind control in a synchronous performance for the same diagnostic detection , respectively .Results The detected positive rates for mycoplasm pneumonia are 38% and 37% in 100 samples by using the ELISA kit and by the medium , respectively .The identical rate is 97%for positive reaction of my-coplasm pneumonia by these two methods .The synchronous experiment shows that the identical rates of the mycoplasm pneumonia positive reaction are all 100%in intra and inter ELISA kits .Conclusion The ELISA kit has a better accuracy and specificity ,it is easy and quick to operate and may be widely applied in clinical diagnosis .
