优化甲型副伤寒沙门菌的培养条件，提高菌体产量。方法通过单因素及正交试验，对影响甲型副伤寒沙门菌生长的培养温度、NaCl浓度和pH等条件进行优化。结果甲型副伤寒沙门菌在NaCl浓度0．75％、温度35℃、pH6．5时菌体产量最高。结论通过对甲型副伤寒沙门菌培养条件进行优化，获得较高的菌体产量，为后期诊断试剂盒的开发奠定了基础。
우화갑형부상한사문균적배양조건，제고균체산량。방법통과단인소급정교시험，대영향갑형부상한사문균생장적배양온도、NaCl농도화pH등조건진행우화。결과갑형부상한사문균재NaCl농도0．75％、온도35℃、pH6．5시균체산량최고。결론통과대갑형부상한사문균배양조건진행우화，획득교고적균체산량，위후기진단시제합적개발전정료기출。
Objective To optimize the growth condition of Salmonella paratyphoid A.Methods To study the effect for temperature,pH and NaCl concentration on the growth of Salmonella paratyphoid A by using the method of orthogonal design.Results The optimal culture condition of Salmonella paratyphoid A is NaCl concentration 0.75%, temperature 35 ℃ and pH 6.5.Conclusion The optimal culture condition of Salmonella paratyphoid A is successfully achieved in this investigation .
