目的：研究CT仿真结肠内窥镜(CTVC)的检查方法、影像特点及临床价值。方法用螺旋CT对20例结肠疾病患者行容积扫描，诊断结肠癌6例，息肉8例，结肠炎5例，正常结肠1例。所有患者均同时行纤维结肠镜检查，对于病变结肠均行手术或肠镜下活检术。结果 CT仿真结肠内窥镜与纤维结肠镜检查相符，并经病理证实。CTVC不但可清晰的显示结肠正常解剖及病变，同时对于管腔外病变的显示、肿瘤的分期、定位均有重要的价值。结论 CTVC是一种有效的结肠病变检查的辅助手段，具有良好的应用前景。
목적：연구CT방진결장내규경(CTVC)적검사방법、영상특점급림상개치。방법용라선CT대20례결장질병환자행용적소묘，진단결장암6례，식육8례，결장염5례，정상결장1례。소유환자균동시행섬유결장경검사，대우병변결장균행수술혹장경하활검술。결과 CT방진결장내규경여섬유결장경검사상부，병경병리증실。CTVC불단가청석적현시결장정상해부급병변，동시대우관강외병변적현시、종류적분기、정위균유중요적개치。결론 CTVC시일충유효적결장병변검사적보조수단，구유량호적응용전경。
Objective To study the examination method, imaging feature and clinical value of CT virtual Colon endoscopy(CTVC). Methods 20 patients with colon diseases underwent volume scanning using spiral CT, and 6 cases were diagnosed as colon cancer, 8 cases as polyps, 5 cases as colitis, 1 case as normal colon. All patients were performed colonoscopy, operation or endoscopic biopsy for the lesion of colon. Results the result of CT virtual Colon endoscope (CTVC) was the same as colonoscopy, and confirmed by pathology. CT virtual colonoscopy (CTVC) can not only display the normal anatomy and lesions of colon clearly, but also has an important value for outside of the cavity lesions show, tumor stage and location. Conclusion CTVC is an effective auxiliary mean of colonic lesions, and has a good prospect of application.
