目的：回顾性分析9例MCN患者的临床资料并结合文献讨论MCN的临床表现、病理学特征、诊断和治疗方法。方法男性5例，年龄12-85岁，平均53.3岁；女性4例，年龄32-71岁，平均56.4岁。临床表现为肉眼血尿1例，腹部包块2例，腹痛2例，无症状体检发现4例。所有肿块均为单发，大小2.5cm×3.0cm-12.0cm×6.5cm。所有病例均行B超、IVU和增强CT检查。结果 B超诊断MCN1例、囊性肾癌3例、肾囊肿5例；CT诊断MCN2例、囊性肾癌4例、未定性3例；IVU均未定性。行肾脏切除术2例，肾肿瘤剜除术5例，肾根治性切除术2例。术后病理诊断均为MCN。随访3-36个月均未见复发且患者患侧未见肾功能障碍。结论影像学检查是MCN的重要检查手段，保留肾单位的肿瘤切除术是本病的首选治疗方法。
목적：회고성분석9례MCN환자적림상자료병결합문헌토론MCN적림상표현、병이학특정、진단화치료방법。방법남성5례，년령12-85세，평균53.3세；녀성4례，년령32-71세，평균56.4세。림상표현위육안혈뇨1례，복부포괴2례，복통2례，무증상체검발현4례。소유종괴균위단발，대소2.5cm×3.0cm-12.0cm×6.5cm。소유병례균행B초、IVU화증강CT검사。결과 B초진단MCN1례、낭성신암3례、신낭종5례；CT진단MCN2례、낭성신암4례、미정성3례；IVU균미정성。행신장절제술2례，신종류완제술5례，신근치성절제술2례。술후병리진단균위MCN。수방3-36개월균미견복발차환자환측미견신공능장애。결론영상학검사시MCN적중요검사수단，보류신단위적종류절제술시본병적수선치료방법。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 9 case with multilocalar cystic nephroma and review related literatures, and to discuss the clinical features, pathological manifestations,diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods The clinical data of 9 cases (5 males, 12 to 85 years old; 4 female, 32 to 71 years old) of MCN were retrospectively analyzed; Among the 9 cases, 1 showed macroscopic hematuria and 2 showed abdominal masses; 2 showed abdominal pain,and other 4 cases showed no symptoms and the tumors were found accidentally during physical examination. The tumors were all solitary and showed 2.5cm×3.0cm to 12.0cm×6.5cm in size. Ultrasound examination, IVU and enhanced CT scanning were performed in all cases.Results On ultrasound examination, 1 case was diagnosed with MCN, 5 cases were diagnosed with renal cyst and 3 with cystic renal carcinoma. On CT, 2 cases were diagnosed with MCN, 4 cases with cystic renal carcinoma and 3 cases with uncertain diagnosis. On IVU, the diagnosis was not established in all cases. 4 cases underwent nephrectomy and 5 cases underwent enucleation of the tumors with nephronsparing surgery. Postoperative pathology showed MCN in all cases. During the follow-up of 3-36 months, the patients were well with no evidence of recurrence and renal dysfunction. Conclusions Imaging examinations are important to the detection of MCN, and nephronsparing resection of tumor is a primary and effective therapeutic method for this disease.
