【目的】探讨腹腔镜在超低位直肠癌保肛根治术中应用的效果。【方法】回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年12月本科收治的59例超低位直肠癌患者行腹腔镜直肠癌前切除术的临床资料。【结果】所有患者均顺利完成腔镜手术，无中转开腹者，保肛成功率100％，无术中死亡病例。平均手术时间（147±38）min，手术切除淋巴结（5～21）枚，平均出血量（123±47）mL，术后肠道功能恢复时间2～4 d，患者住院时间（8～17） d。【结论】腹腔镜超低位直肠癌保肛根治术安全可行。
【목적】탐토복강경재초저위직장암보항근치술중응용적효과。【방법】회고성분석2010년1월지2012년12월본과수치적59례초저위직장암환자행복강경직장암전절제술적림상자료。【결과】소유환자균순리완성강경수술，무중전개복자，보항성공솔100％，무술중사망병례。평균수술시간（147±38）min，수술절제림파결（5～21）매，평균출혈량（123±47）mL，술후장도공능회복시간2～4 d，환자주원시간（8～17） d。【결론】복강경초저위직장암보항근치술안전가행。
[Obj ective]To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic super low rectal cancer radical resection with anal preservation.[Methods]Clinical data of 5 9 patients with super low rectal cancer undergoing anterior rectal cancer resection by laparoscopy in our department from Jan.2010 to Dec.2012 were analyzed retrospectively.[Results]All patients completed laparoscopic surgery successfully.No one converted to open surgery.The success rate of anal preservation was 100%.No intraoperative death was found.The average operation time was (147 ± 38)min.Lymph nodes(5~12)were removed.The average bleeding volume was (123±47)mL. The time of intestinal function recovery after operation was 2~4 days.The hospitalization time was 8~1 7 days.[Conclusion]Laparoscopic super low rectal cancer radical resection with anal preservation is safe and fea-sible.
