【目的】探讨全程优质护理模式对于食管癌伴负性情绪患者的影响。【方法】本院肿瘤内科住院治疗的食管癌患者80例，按入院时间分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予全程优质护理模式干预，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及生活质量量表（SF-36）评分，比较两组患者负性情绪状态、生活质量及依从性情况。【结果】入院2周后对照组患者的[SAS评分（53．3±7．8）分、SDS评分（52．4±5．5）分]均高于观察组的 SAS评分（48．9．±7．2）和 SDS评分（48．7±5．3），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组生理职能、社会职能、情感职能等生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组依从性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。【结论】全程优质护理模式能明显缓解食管癌患者的负性情绪，增强患者的依从性，改善患者的生活质量。
【목적】탐토전정우질호리모식대우식관암반부성정서환자적영향。【방법】본원종류내과주원치료적식관암환자80례，안입원시간분위관찰조화대조조，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조급여전정우질호리모식간예，채용초필자평량표（SAS）、억욱자평량표（SDS）급생활질량량표（SF-36）평분，비교량조환자부성정서상태、생활질량급의종성정황。【결과】입원2주후대조조환자적[SAS평분（53．3±7．8）분、SDS평분（52．4±5．5）분]균고우관찰조적 SAS평분（48．9．±7．2）화 SDS평분（48．7±5．3），차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조생리직능、사회직능、정감직능등생활질량평분균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조의종성우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。【결론】전정우질호리모식능명현완해식관암환자적부성정서，증강환자적의종성，개선환자적생활질량。
[Obj ective]To explore the influence of full high-quality nursing mode on negative emotion of pa-tients with esophageal cancer.[Methods]Totally 80 inpatients with esophageal cancer in oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conven-tional nursing,while the observation group received full high-quality nursing mode.The negative emotion status, quality of life and compliance in two groups were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depres-sion scale(SDS)and 3 6-item short-form health survey (SF-3 6 ).[Results]After 2 weeks of admission,the SAS and SDS scores of control group[(53.3±7.8)and (52.4±5.5),respectively]were higher than those of observa-tion group[(48.9.±7.2)and (48.7±5.3),respectively],and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life including physiological,social and affective function in observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was better than control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The full high-quality nursing mode can obviously alleviate the neg-ative emotion of patients with esophageal cancer,increase the compliance and improve the quality of life and treat-ment efficacy.
