目的：帮助护士掌握神经重症疾病患者医院获得性肺炎（HAP）的评估内容，明确干预策略，规范实施防控技术，提高护士操作的正确性与准确度。方法：检索Pubmed和中国知网近30年来神经疾病并发HAP的相关文献，根据牛津循证医学中心临床证据水平分级2009，进行证据和推荐意见确认，将防控HAP的研究与临床实践进行梳理。结果：制定出翻身扣背、体位引流、振动排痰、口腔护理等神经重症患者预防HAP的可行性操作规范。结论：本规范可促使神经重症疾病护理人员早期、安全、有效地评估与实践，提高患者生活质量。
목적：방조호사장악신경중증질병환자의원획득성폐염（HAP）적평고내용，명학간예책략，규범실시방공기술，제고호사조작적정학성여준학도。방법：검색Pubmed화중국지망근30년래신경질병병발HAP적상관문헌，근거우진순증의학중심림상증거수평분급2009，진행증거화추천의견학인，장방공HAP적연구여림상실천진행소리。결과：제정출번신구배、체위인류、진동배담、구강호리등신경중증환자예방HAP적가행성조작규범。결론：본규범가촉사신경중증질병호리인원조기、안전、유효지평고여실천，제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To facilitate nurses in the neurological intensive care unit to master assessment, intervention strategies, implementation technology of prevention, control of HAP and improve the correctness and accuracy of clinical care. Methods:Literatures related to neurological diseases complicated with HAP were retrieved from Pubmed and CNKI nearly past 30 years. Evidence-based medicine clinical level of Oxford evidence classiifcation of 2009 was used to conifrm the evidence and recommendations. Thereafter, HAP prevention and clinical practice researches were sorted out. Results:The feasible procedure of preventing HAP was made, such as turning back regularly, postural drainage, discharging sputum with machine vibration and oral care. Conclusion:Neurological intensive nurses could be prompted to assess and carry out early, safely and effectively and quality of life in patients were improved at the same time by using this practice standards.
