目的:进行高职护生临床教学改革,探讨新的教学方法对提高高职护生评判性思维能力的效果。方法:实验组采用“整体护理比较学习表”进行整体护理教学,对照组采用传统方法进行整体护理教学。经过4个月以后,采用评判性思维能力测评问卷(CTDI-CV)进行测量,所得数据进行比较分析。结果:实验组总得分为(255.75±6.77)分,对照组总得分为(237.34±28.96)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中在寻找真相、分析能力、自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度5个维度,两组的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新的教学方法通过借助“整体护理比较学习表”培养高职护生,有利于提高其评判性思维能力,促进其以科学的思维方式进行思考和学习。

Objective:To explore the impact of new teaching model on nursing students' critical thinking ability in vocational school. Methods:The nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group received teaching with"holistic nursing care learning table", and the control group got the traditional method for holistic nursing teaching. After four months, Chinese Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory was used to measure their critical thinking abilities. Results:The score of intervention group was 255.75±6.77, while control group was 237.34±28.96. The intervention group showed signiifcant improvement on critical thinking ability compared with control group (P<0.05), especially on the ifve dimensions named truth-seeking, analyticity, self-conifdence, inquisitiveness and maturity (P<0.01). Conclusion:The new teaching method with"holistic nursing care learning table"on nursing students had a beneifcial effect on their critical thinking ability, and also could promote their scientiifc way of learning and thinking.
