本文对国内外主要的压疮风险评估量表和压疮预防研究现状进行分析，结果发现：压疮风险评估量表中Braden量表具有较好的预测价值，但须进一步研究和明确不同量表的适用人群；应根据风险程度采取有效的预防措施，减轻局部压力、剪切力和摩擦力，增强皮肤耐受性，加强健康教育，从而减少压疮的发生。
본문대국내외주요적압창풍험평고량표화압창예방연구현상진행분석，결과발현：압창풍험평고량표중Braden량표구유교호적예측개치，단수진일보연구화명학불동량표적괄용인군；응근거풍험정도채취유효적예방조시，감경국부압력、전절력화마찰력，증강피부내수성，가강건강교육，종이감소압창적발생。
The paper analyzed the main risk assessment scales and prevention research advances in pressure ulcer at home and abroad, and found that the Braden Scale had relatively better predictability. However, further researches should be done to deifnitude the target population of different scales. Effective prevention measures according to risk degrees should be carried out to relieve the stress, shear and friction, strengthen the skin’s tolerance and enhance the health education, thus to decrease the incidence of pressure ulcer.
