目的:探讨PICC分级管理模式的实施与效果。方法:建立三级管理模式,明确三级人员的岗位分工与职责,组织PICC三级培训与资格认证,实行专科准入、持证上岗,完善PICC质量控制体系,制定PICC三级质量控制及考核标准。结果:实行分级管理模式以来,共培养PICC专科护士22名,PICC维护专科护士160名,PICC专业化程度提高;维护合格率由分级管理前的70.08%上升到96.01%,并发症发生率由1.2%下降到0.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:分级管理应用于PICC的规范化管理,可减少并发症,提高护理质量和病人满意度,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토PICC분급관리모식적실시여효과。방법:건립삼급관리모식,명학삼급인원적강위분공여직책,조직PICC삼급배훈여자격인증,실행전과준입、지증상강,완선PICC질량공제체계,제정PICC삼급질량공제급고핵표준。결과:실행분급관리모식이래,공배양PICC전과호사22명,PICC유호전과호사160명,PICC전업화정도제고;유호합격솔유분급관리전적70.08%상승도96.01%,병발증발생솔유1.2%하강도0.6%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:분급관리응용우PICC적규범화관리,가감소병발증,제고호리질량화병인만의도,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the effects of implementing PICC grading management. Methods:The authors set up the three-level management system (named PICC insertion, maintenance, and daily care management), clariifed the positions and job responsibilities of three-level staff, and organized training and qualiifcation authentication for PICC specialized nurse. They also improved quality control system of PICC program, and set up quality control and evaluation standards. Results:Since implementing PICC grading management system, they had trained 22 specialized PICC nurses and 160 specialized PICC maintaining nurses successfully. The maintaining qualiifed rate of PICC increased from 70.08%to 96.01%as compared with before, and the complication rate reduced from 1.2%to 0.6%(P<0.01). Conclusion:Grading management of PICC program could reduce the complications, improve care quality and patients' satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
