齐己诗气骨遒劲。咏怀诗清高自许，山水诗境界阔大，咏物诗寄托遥深，寄赠、酬答诗亦气势恢宏；齐己诗的语言明快、清美、劲健有力。齐己诗的气骨，是他的经历、个性、气质的反映；也和他的诗学趣尚有关；齐己钟爱李白、李贺等有气骨的诗人，也是其气骨形成的原因之一。
제기시기골주경。영부시청고자허，산수시경계활대，영물시기탁요심，기증、수답시역기세회굉；제기시적어언명쾌、청미、경건유력。제기시적기골，시타적경력、개성、기질적반영；야화타적시학취상유관；제기종애리백、리하등유기골적시인，야시기기골형성적원인지일。
