随着我国经济建设的不断加强，我国的各行各业都在向现代化进行发展，尤其是教育行业，更应当与时俱进，才能更好的培养人才。人才的培养当然离不开教师的教导，教师水平的高低直接会影响到学生的学习水平。文中将从我国目前教师科研能力现存的问题和以何种方法提升教师科研能力这两方面对教育现代化环境下教师科研能力的培养和提升做出进一步的研究。
