针对目前山西省能源利用领域的现状，开发一套应急供电装置，适合设施农业和工业化养殖的农用大功率、全天候、可移动、适用范围广、切换时间短、无噪音、三相两相兼备的微电网应急供电装置，实现在地理条件多变的广大农村使用，有利于保护关键农业设施，提高设施农业与工业化养殖业能源供给的可靠性，对农民节能增产创收具有重要作用。
