为加快果桑叶的综合利用,参考其他植物多糖提取方法提取果桑叶多糖,采用Feton体系、邻苯三酚自氧化法,对果桑叶多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。Feton体系清除·OH结果表明,果桑叶多糖在质量浓度0.8 mg/mL时有最高的·OH清除作用,清除率可达90.8%;邻苯三酚自氧化法结果表明,果桑叶多糖在质量浓度0.8 mg/mL时有最高的O-2·清除作用,清除率可达60.2%。
為加快果桑葉的綜閤利用,參攷其他植物多糖提取方法提取果桑葉多糖,採用Feton體繫、鄰苯三酚自氧化法,對果桑葉多糖的抗氧化活性進行研究。Feton體繫清除·OH結果錶明,果桑葉多糖在質量濃度0.8 mg/mL時有最高的·OH清除作用,清除率可達90.8%;鄰苯三酚自氧化法結果錶明,果桑葉多糖在質量濃度0.8 mg/mL時有最高的O-2·清除作用,清除率可達60.2%。

To make full use of fruit mulberry leaf,fruit mulberry leaf polysaccharide is extracted from fruit mulberry referencing other plant polysaccharide extracting method. Antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from fruit mulberry leaf is studied by measuring its scavenging ability on·OH,and O2-·. The results show that polysaccharide from fruit mulberry leaf has stronger scavenging activity on·OH free radical and it reached 90.8% at 0.8 mg/mL,better scavenging activity on O2-·free radical and it reached 60.2% at 0.8 mg/mL.
