茶树品质是高品质茶叶成品的源头保障。为探讨铁观音茶叶品质与茶树种植年限的关系,选择种植4年、9年、30年的铁观音茶树及对应的土壤为材料,通过无性繁殖后再移植到不同年限种植土壤及新土壤等处理,对比不同处理方式下茶叶产品品质。结果表明,铁观音茶叶品质随茶树种植年限的增加呈现下降趋势,经无性繁殖后的茶树幼苗移栽到4年、9年、30年的土壤后,其茶叶品质依然呈现下降趋势。而移栽到新土壤后的茶叶品质差异较小,表现为茶叶品质得分浓香型铁观音分别为95.60,94.80,94.70分,清香型铁观音则分别为94.90,94.85,94.40分。可见,茶树连续种植后,茶叶品质下降主要原因在于种植土壤。

The quality of tea tree is the first key factor of the high-quality tea products. In order to explore the relationship of Tieguanyin tea quality and the planting years of Tieguanyin tea tree,the tea trees at 4-,9- and 30- planting years and the culture soils,as well as the culture soils of tea trees which propagated vegetatively in fields with different planting years and in new fields,are chosen as study material. The results show that the quality of tea products is declined with increase of the planting years of Tieguanyin tea trees. By propagated vegetatively in culture soils at the 4-,9- and 30- planting years,the evaluate scores are not significant changed. However,by propagated vegetatively in new soils,the evaluate scores are 95.60, 94.80 and 94.70,respectively of soft-aroma tea products,and 94.90,94.85 and 94.40,respectively of soft-aroma tea products,made from tea trees at the 4-,9- and 30- planting years. The quality analytic suggests that the main reason of declining tea quality is planning soil after the soil continue planning Tieguanyin tea tree.
