习仲勋参与制定了陕甘宁边区多项法令文件。建国后，他参与起草、修定共和国宪法，领导制定了多部法律，为新中国的法治建设作出了重要贡献。他在长期的司法实践中，逐步形成了司法为民、司法公正等法治思想，这对今天的法治建设都有借鉴意义。
習仲勛參與製定瞭陝甘寧邊區多項法令文件。建國後，他參與起草、脩定共和國憲法，領導製定瞭多部法律，為新中國的法治建設作齣瞭重要貢獻。他在長期的司法實踐中，逐步形成瞭司法為民、司法公正等法治思想，這對今天的法治建設都有藉鑒意義。
습중훈삼여제정료협감저변구다항법령문건。건국후，타삼여기초、수정공화국헌법，령도제정료다부법률，위신중국적법치건설작출료중요공헌。타재장기적사법실천중，축보형성료사법위민、사법공정등법치사상，저대금천적법치건설도유차감의의。
Xi Zhongxun participated in the formulation of the Shensi Kansu NINGSIA border region a number of legal documents . After the founding of the PRC , he participated in the drafting , revision of the constitution of the Republic , leadership enacted many laws , and made important contribution to the construction of rule of law in new Chinese . In the long -term judicial practice , he gradually formed the justice for the people , justice , rule of law , which is of significance for today's construction of the rule of law .
