目的：探讨运用中医疗法治疗胰腺癌患者的临床效果。方法：对38例胰腺癌患者给予中药复方进行治疗，并结合临床表现加以分析。结果：该38例胰腺癌患者经中医诊治后存活时间均超过半年以上，其中，存活时间在半年到1年的患者有18例、占47.4%，存活时间在1到2年的患者有13例、占34.2%，存活时间在2年以上的有7例、占18.4%。结论：对胰腺癌患者采用中医辩证施治，确实能使患者的病情得到改善，症状得以缓解，生活质量有所提高，生存能力得以延长。

목적：탐토운용중의요법치료이선암환자적림상효과。방법：대38례이선암환자급여중약복방진행치료，병결합림상표현가이분석。결과：해38례이선암환자경중의진치후존활시간균초과반년이상，기중，존활시간재반년도1년적환자유18례、점47.4%，존활시간재1도2년적환자유13례、점34.2%，존활시간재2년이상적유7례、점18.4%。결론：대이선암환자채용중의변증시치，학실능사환자적병정득도개선，증상득이완해，생활질량유소제고，생존능력득이연장。
Objective:To discuss clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods:38 patients with pancreatic cancer were given Chinese medicine compound treatment and were analyzed combining with their clinical manifestations. Results: After the traditional Chinese medicine therapy, all the 38 patients with pancreatic cancer had a surviv-al time of more than half a year, wherein 18 cases (47. 4% ) with the survival time of 6 months-1 year, 13 cases (34. 2% ) with the survival time of 1 year-2 years, and 7 cases (18. 4% ) with the survival time of more than 2 years. Conclusions: Evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the patients with pancreatic cancerreally does make the conditions im-proved, relieves the symptoms, improves quality of life, and prolongs the survival ability.
