目的：探讨宫颈癌患者身心健康与社会支持的关系。方法调查48例宫颈癌患者的社会支持情况，并与对照组（妇科非恶性肿瘤患者）进行比较；分析宫颈癌患者身心症状与社会支持的相关性。结果宫颈癌患者的社会支持与对照组（妇科非恶性肿瘤患者）比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；社会支持与其身心症状呈负性关系（r＝-0．72，P＜0．01）。结论宫颈癌患者获得了比对照组（妇科非恶性肿瘤患者）高的社会支持；社会支持与宫颈癌患者的身心症状存在一定的相关性；社会支持可以改善宫颈癌患者心理状况，促进宫颈癌患者的身心健康。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the social supports and mental health in patients with cervical cancer .Methods The relationship between the social support and physical and mental health in these patients was analyzed by investigating the social support of 48 cervical cancer patients and comparing them with control group in which women patients with malignant tumor .Results The difference of social support of the two groups has statistical significance (P<0.01).There is negative correlation between the support and their mental state (r =-0.72,P <0.01).Conclusions Cervical cancer patients achieve more social support than the control group ( not gynecologic malignant tumor patients ) .The physical and mental symptoms of cervical cancer patients are related to social support they received in some way .It should pay more attention to social support so that we can improve the psychological status of the patient and promote the physical and mental health of them .
