目的：探讨医嘱完成进度卡在乡镇卫生院内科住院患者中的应用效果。方法以我院2013年1月至2014年1月间收治的200例各类内科住院患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，所有患者均积极治疗原发病，并行相应护理，观察组患者在住院期间，使用医嘱完成进度卡。比较两组患者治疗依从性、医嘱执行能力、治疗期间主观体验和生活质量之间的差异。结果观察组患者治疗依从度和医嘱执行能力高于对照组，治疗期间主观体验和生活质量得分大于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论医嘱完成进度卡可以有效提高乡镇卫生院内科住院患者的治疗依从度和医嘱执行能力，改善患者主观体验和生活质量水平，值得临床大力推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of the card of doctor's advice in the primary hospital among the hospitalized patients .Methods 200 hospitalized patients in the primary hospital were divided into objective group and the control group .The conventional treatment and nursing plan was used in the patients .The card of doctor's advice was used in the objective group .The difference of treatment adherence , the doctor's advice execution, the subjective experience and the life quality between the two groups was compared .Results The treatment adherence and the doctor 's advice execution in the objective group were higher .The subjective experience and the life quality of the objective group were better than those of control group .Conclusions It would get a satisfactory effect to use card of doctor's advice in the primary hospital among the hospitalized patients , with higher treatment adherence and the doctor's advice execution , and better subjective experience and the life quality.It is worthy of popularization and application .
