目的：调查武警某部医院护士人格特征、应对方式及其相关性。方法：应用 EPQ-RSC 和 SCSQ 对武警某部医院94名护士进行测查。结果：(1)P 极显著低于全国常模(P<0.01),L 极显著高于全国常模(P<0.01)。(2)该院护士消极应对方式得分均极显著低于全国常模(P<0.01)。(3)EPQ 的 E 与消极应对方式呈显著负相关(P<0.05)；N 与消极应对方式呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论：该武警某部医院护士人格特征整体上为关心他人、顺从、适应良好。情感稳定性维度与消极应对呈显著负相关,神经质维度与消极应对呈显著正相关。

Objective:To investigate the nursesˊ personality characteristics, coping styles and their correlation in an armed po-lice hospital. Methods:Totally 94 nurses were investigated by EPQ-RSC and SCSQ in the armed police hospital. Results: (1) P was lower than the national norm significantly (P<0. 01), while L was higher than the national norm significantly (P<0. 01). (2) The scores of negative coping latitude of the nurses were lower than the national norm significantly (P<0. 01). (3) The EPQ-E had nega-tive correlations with negative coping style significantly (P<0. 05); and the EPQ-N had positive correlations with it significantly (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The nursesˊ personality characteristics of this armed police hospital are caring, and they had good compliance and adaptability. The EPQ-E has negative correlations with negative coping style significantly, and the EPQ-L had positive correlations with it significantly.
