目的:基于临床治疗过程的角度,研究影响他克莫司谷浓度的因素,为临床调整服药剂量提供参考。方法以肝肾移植术后患者为研究对象,服药后9~16小时测定血液中他克莫司谷浓度,分析谷浓度与可能的影响因素之间的关系。结果肾移植术后血药浓度高于肝移植术后,30~39岁年龄段血药浓度最高,女性血药浓度低于男性,服药剂量与血药浓度相关系数r分别为肝=0.406,肾=0.639。结论肝肾移植术后、性别、年龄、药物调整次数和服药剂量等都会影响他克莫司血药浓度。合并用药有利于控制血药浓度。服药剂量与谷浓度在一定范围内有相关。
目的:基于臨床治療過程的角度,研究影響他剋莫司穀濃度的因素,為臨床調整服藥劑量提供參攷。方法以肝腎移植術後患者為研究對象,服藥後9~16小時測定血液中他剋莫司穀濃度,分析穀濃度與可能的影響因素之間的關繫。結果腎移植術後血藥濃度高于肝移植術後,30~39歲年齡段血藥濃度最高,女性血藥濃度低于男性,服藥劑量與血藥濃度相關繫數r分彆為肝=0.406,腎=0.639。結論肝腎移植術後、性彆、年齡、藥物調整次數和服藥劑量等都會影響他剋莫司血藥濃度。閤併用藥有利于控製血藥濃度。服藥劑量與穀濃度在一定範圍內有相關。
목적:기우림상치료과정적각도,연구영향타극막사곡농도적인소,위림상조정복약제량제공삼고。방법이간신이식술후환자위연구대상,복약후9~16소시측정혈액중타극막사곡농도,분석곡농도여가능적영향인소지간적관계。결과신이식술후혈약농도고우간이식술후,30~39세년령단혈약농도최고,녀성혈약농도저우남성,복약제량여혈약농도상관계수r분별위간=0.406,신=0.639。결론간신이식술후、성별、년령、약물조정차수화복약제량등도회영향타극막사혈약농도。합병용약유리우공제혈약농도。복약제량여곡농도재일정범위내유상관。
Objective To study the factors affecting the concentration of tacrolimus valley and provide reference for clinical adjustment dose based on the angle of the clinical treatment process .Methods Patients after taking kidney transplantation as the research object , test the concentration of tacrolimus valley in the blood after taking the drug 9~16 hours later , and analyzed the relationship between the valley concentration and the possible influencing factors .Results The blood drug concentration after renal transplantation was higher than that after liver transplantation .People between 30 and 39 had the highest blood drug concentration;women's blood concentrations were less than men's.The dosage and the blood drug concentration correlation coefficient r of liver and was 0.406 and 0.639 respectively.Conclusions After kidney transplantation, gender, age, dose and drug adjustments will affect the tacrolimus blood concentrations . Drug combination helps control blood drug concentration.Dose is closely related to valley concentration in certain range .
