目的：研究苦菜总黄酮对豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤心肌组织中生化指标的影响。方法制造豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型，在灌流液中加入不同浓度的苦菜总黄酮液。测定灌流后心肌组织中乳酸脱氢酶（ LDH）、肌酸激酶（ CK）、超氧化物歧化酶（ SOD）活性的变化。结果苦菜总黄酮能使豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤后心肌组织中LDH、CK、SOD的活性均升高。结论苦菜总黄酮可通过影响心肌组织中LDH、CK、SOD的活性从而对豚鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。
목적：연구고채총황동대돈서리체심장결혈재관주손상심기조직중생화지표적영향。방법제조돈서리체심장결혈재관주손상모형，재관류액중가입불동농도적고채총황동액。측정관류후심기조직중유산탈경매（ LDH）、기산격매（ CK）、초양화물기화매（ SOD）활성적변화。결과고채총황동능사돈서리체심장결혈재관주손상후심기조직중LDH、CK、SOD적활성균승고。결론고채총황동가통과영향심기조직중LDH、CK、SOD적활성종이대돈서리체심장결혈재관주손상기보호작용。
Objective To study the effect of common sowthistle herb total flavonoids on biochemical indices of isolated guinea pig heart ischemia reperfusion injured myocardia .Methods An isolated schemia reperfusion injured mode of lguinea pig heart was established and treated it with different concentration of common sowthistle herb total flavonoids perfusion fluid , the activities of myocardial LDH ,CK and SOD were mensurated . Results The activities of myocardial LDH , CK and SOD in isolated guinea pig heart were icreased after benn treated with common sowthistle herb total flavonoids .Conclusions Common sowthistle herb total flavonoids shows protective effect on ischemia reperfusion injured guinea pig heart due to affect the activities of myocardial LDH , CK and SOD .
