目的:分析现阶段护理纠纷不断增多的原因,探讨正确处理和避免护理纠纷的对策。方法对2010年1月~2012年12月20起医院护患纠纷作回顾性分析。结果一次性穿刺失败8起,占40%;发错药2起,占10%;抢救不及时3起,占15%;服务态度怠慢3起,占15%;说错话漏话4起,占20%。结论通过对护患纠纷的原因分析,提出防范与处理的方法,为完善护理服务,建立和谐护患关系,维护护患双方合法权益,减少护患纠纷提供帮助。

목적:분석현계단호리규분불단증다적원인,탐토정학처리화피면호리규분적대책。방법대2010년1월~2012년12월20기의원호환규분작회고성분석。결과일차성천자실패8기,점40%;발착약2기,점10%;창구불급시3기,점15%;복무태도태만3기,점15%;설착화루화4기,점20%。결론통과대호환규분적원인분석,제출방범여처리적방법,위완선호리복무,건립화해호환관계,유호호환쌍방합법권익,감소호환규분제공방조。
Objective To analyze the cause of the increasing conflicts between nurses and patients and discuss how to deal with and avoid them. Methods From January 2010 to December 2010, 20 nurse-patient relationship of hospital disputes were retrospectively analyzed. Results One-time puncture failure eight (40%), Hair wrong medicine 2, 10%;Rescue three not in time, accounting for 15%;3 service attitude held up, accounting for 15%;Saying the wrong thing, four leakage accounted for 20%. Conclusion By analyzing the cause of conflicts between patients and nurses,we can put forward the prevention and treatment methods, which will be good for improving nursing service, establishing a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, protecting the legal rights and interests of them both and reducing the conflicts between them.
