以桃蚜(Myzus persicae),豌豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris)和白粉虱(Trialeurodes?vaporariorum)作为供试昆虫,对 Sy1 a 菌株粗提液的杀虫活性和总蛋白酶活性进行测定。结果表明:桃蚜取食浓度分别为400、600、1000μg /ml Sy1 a 菌株粗提液48 h 后 LC50值为987.7μg /ml,IC50值为5941.2μg /ml;豌豆蚜取食浓度分别为250、500、1000μg /ml Sy1 a 菌株粗提液36 h 后,LC50值为227.2μg /ml,IC50值为508.3μg /ml;采用浓度为1200.0μg /ml 的 Sy1 a 菌株粗提液处理后7、14和21 d 的温室中白粉虱虫口减退率分别为51.6%、83.7%、89.1%,校正防效分别达到62.0%、88.7%、93.1%。研究结果表明:Sy1 a 菌株粗提液对桃蚜、豌豆蚜及白粉虱等害虫均有显著的防治效果,具有开发成为环境友好型生物农药的前景。

We tested the insecticidal activity of crude extract from Xenorhabdus spp.strain Sy1 a towards peach aphids (Myzus persicae),pea aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris)and whiteflies (Trialeurodes vaporario-rum).The results indicated the LC 50 for mortality and IC 50 for protease activitical inhibition caused by treat-ment of 400,600,1 000 μg /ml crude extract were 987.7 μg /ml and 5 941 .2 μg /ml towards peach aphids at 48 h after feeding;the LC 50 for mortality and IC50 for protease activitical inhibition caused by treatment of 250,500,1000 μg /ml crude extract were 227.2 μg /ml and 508.3 μg /ml towards pea aphids at 36 h after feeding;1 200 μg /ml crude extract led the population reduction of whiteflies in greenhouse to 5 1 .6%, 83.7% and 89.1 % at 7,14 and 21 d after spraying and corrected control efficiency were 62.0%,88.7%and 93.1 %,respectively.The result all above demonstrated that Xenorhabdus spp.strain Sy1 a has a broad applied perspective in biological control towards insect pests in agriculture as a novel biopesticides.
