目的：分析安徽省合肥市某三甲医院老年病科2010～2012年住院患者的疾病分布情况，为临床治疗工作重点提供依据。方法对2010～2012年该老年病科的住院病历进行回顾性研究，将患者年龄分为4组，对3年间的不同年龄组的住院人次和频次进行统计，运用描述性分析及帕累托图分析，对不同性别患者的入院主要诊断进行研究，了解研究对象住院的主要疾病因素。结果该老年病科住院患者中52．8％为80～89岁高龄老人，占全部住院人次57．2％，且研究对象的再住院次数随着增龄而增加；全部5915人次住院病历中，脑供血不足、恶性肿瘤和冠心病依次为全部研究对象住院主要疾病因素的前三位，共占全部住院人次的39．88％；在入选的老年男性住院患者中此3种疾病亦列前3位，占老年男性患者的39．98％，而在入选的老年女性住院患者中脑供血不足、冠心病和急性下呼吸道感染分别列住院主要疾病因素的前3位，占老年女性患者的42．18％。结论目前，该老年病科服务对象是以80～89岁的高龄老人为主，该群体患者常合并有多种慢性疾病，反复住院治疗；缺血性脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、冠心病和急性下呼吸道感染为导致该地区老年患者住院的主要疾病因素。
목적：분석안휘성합비시모삼갑의원노년병과2010～2012년주원환자적질병분포정황，위림상치료공작중점제공의거。방법대2010～2012년해노년병과적주원병력진행회고성연구，장환자년령분위4조，대3년간적불동년령조적주원인차화빈차진행통계，운용묘술성분석급파루탁도분석，대불동성별환자적입원주요진단진행연구，료해연구대상주원적주요질병인소。결과해노년병과주원환자중52．8％위80～89세고령노인，점전부주원인차57．2％，차연구대상적재주원차수수착증령이증가；전부5915인차주원병력중，뇌공혈불족、악성종류화관심병의차위전부연구대상주원주요질병인소적전삼위，공점전부주원인차적39．88％；재입선적노년남성주원환자중차3충질병역렬전3위，점노년남성환자적39．98％，이재입선적노년녀성주원환자중뇌공혈불족、관심병화급성하호흡도감염분별렬주원주요질병인소적전3위，점노년녀성환자적42．18％。결론목전，해노년병과복무대상시이80～89세적고령노인위주，해군체환자상합병유다충만성질병，반복주원치료；결혈성뇌혈관질병、악성종류、관심병화급성하호흡도감염위도치해지구노년환자주원적주요질병인소。
Objective To analyze the hospitalization diseases situation of inpatients from the department of geriatrics of a 3A grade hospital in Hefei,Anhui Province,from year 2010 to 2012,and to provide clinical evidence to its prevention and management .Methods Retrospective study were performed by the data of elderly inpatients admit -ted to our hospital from 2010 to 2012 .All the inpatients were divided to four groups according to the age ,the number and hospitalized frequently of inpatients were performed by statistical analysis in the different groups including all the three years .The principal diagnosis of elderly inpatients were analyzed by describing and Pareto chart analysis . The main causes of elderly inpatients were investigated .Results 52 .8%of elderly inpatients from the department of geriatrics were aging between 80 to 89,accounting for 57.2%of the number of hospitalization .Moreover,the times of rehospitalization were increasing along with the aging .The first three diseases causing hospitalization enlisted were cer-ebral circulatory insufficiency ,coronary heart disease and malignant tumors ,accounting to 39.88% of all the elderly inpatients.These three reasons were also contributing the 39.88% of all the elderly male inpatients .In female,the first three diseases causing hospitalization enlisted were cerebral circulatory insufficiency ,coronary heart disease and pulmonary infection,amounting to 42.18%of all the elderly female inpatients .Conclusion The main service objects of the department of geriatrics are elderly age from 80-89 ,who suffer from complex combination of different chronic diseases and need frequent rehospitalized therapy .Until now,cerebral circulatory insufficiency ,malignant tumors,coro-nary heart disease and pulmonary infection are main causes of elderly impatiens in this district .
