当煤矿发生火灾后,对其进行爆炸危险性分析对于指导火灾救灾非常重要。通过对科瓦德爆炸三角形进行改造,构造了一个以时间为横坐标、爆炸危险性为纵坐标的混合气体爆炸危险性连续分析图。使用该方法对矿井火灾救灾过程中的实测数据进行处理,并将分析结果与爆炸四方图、爆炸三角形(美国)的分析结果进行对比,结果表明:使用混合气体爆炸危险性连续分析图,不仅可以有效地对多种可燃气体与多种惰气的混合气体进行爆炸危险性判断,还可以清晰地显示矿井火区爆炸危险性的变化趋势,便于对混合气体爆炸危险性进行长期连续分析。

After the coal mine fire, the explosion risk analysis on the mixed gases is very important to the guidance of fire disaster relief. Based on Coward explosive triangle, a continuous analysis diagram with the time as the abscissa and the explosion risk as the ordinate for explosion risk of the mixed gases in fire area was constructed. The data collected from the mine fire disaster relief process were processed with this method and comparison was made on the analysis results obtained by the continuous analysis diagram of explosion risk of the mixed gases with those obtained by the explosion quartet figure and U. S. explosive triangle, the results showed that the continuous analysis diagram of explosion risk of the mixed gases can not only be used to effectively judge the explosion risk of the mixed gases of various combustible gases and inert gases, but also clearly show the change trend of the explosion risk in mine fire area, this is convenient for the long-term continuous analysis of the explosion risk of mixed gases.
