特征温度是煤自然发火的重要特性参数之一,其测试对煤自燃的预测预报和预防有指导意义。在指标气体分析法的基础上,建立增长率分析法,选取不同粒度的玉华矿煤样进行程序升温实验,分析测试指标气体,得出特征温度值,并利用CO与CO2气体的体积分数比值,以及链烷比验证增长率分析法的正确性。结果表明,采用增长率分析法,可以更加便捷有效地得出煤自燃的特征温度值。

Characteristic temperature is an important characteristic parameter of coal spontaneous combustion and the measurement of this temperature has a guiding significance for prediction and prevention of coal spontaneous combustion. Based on the index gas analysis, the growth rate analysis was established, coal samples in different particle sizes taking from Yuhua Mine were selected for programmed temperature-rise experiments, the index gases were analyzed and tested, and the characteristic temperature was thus obtained. Finally, the correctness of growth rate analysis was verified by using the volume fraction ratio of CO and CO2 and the alkane ratio. The results showed that the use of growth rate analysis can rapidly and effectively get the characteristic temperature values of coal spontaneous combustion.
