近些年，农村留守妇女被害人日益增多。一方面，湖南打工家庭离婚率呈上升态势，一些留守妇女的婚姻处于破碎边缘。这些留守女为家庭做出了巨大牺牲，却由于经济上的依赖性，法制执行的不力，"从夫居"的婚姻生活模式，面对突如其来的婚变，而在维护自己合法的配偶权益中，显得很是无助。因此，采取适当途径保护湖南农村留守妇女被害人的合法权益已是十分迫切。
近些年，農村留守婦女被害人日益增多。一方麵，湖南打工傢庭離婚率呈上升態勢，一些留守婦女的婚姻處于破碎邊緣。這些留守女為傢庭做齣瞭巨大犧牲，卻由于經濟上的依賴性，法製執行的不力，"從伕居"的婚姻生活模式，麵對突如其來的婚變，而在維護自己閤法的配偶權益中，顯得很是無助。因此，採取適噹途徑保護湖南農村留守婦女被害人的閤法權益已是十分迫切。
근사년，농촌류수부녀피해인일익증다。일방면，호남타공가정리혼솔정상승태세，일사류수부녀적혼인처우파쇄변연。저사류수녀위가정주출료거대희생，각유우경제상적의뢰성，법제집행적불력，"종부거"적혼인생활모식，면대돌여기래적혼변，이재유호자기합법적배우권익중，현득흔시무조。인차，채취괄당도경보호호남농촌류수부녀피해인적합법권익이시십분박절。
In recent years, the stay-at-home women victims in the rural areas is increasing. On one hand, the divorce rate of working families is on the rise in Hunan, and some left behind women's marriage was in the broken edges, although they made a great sacrifice for their families. Because of the economic dependence, weak law implementation, and the marriage mode of“CongFu living”, when facing of the sudden divorce, they look very helpless in maintaining their legal spouse rights. Therefore, it is very urgent to take appropriate means to protect the legitimate rights and interests of victims of left-behind women in rural areas of Hunan.
