采用回顾性研究方法，调查左氧氟沙星致过敏性休克（报告来源于江苏省药品不良反应监测中心2012年1月1日~12月31日收集的37例）的特点。发现97.30%的过敏性休克患者发生在首次用药过程中，用药方式以静脉用药为主；54.05%患者发生在用药后的5 min内；经积极抢救治疗，治愈28例（75.67%），死亡2例。

To analyze the general pattern and rescue measures of allergic shock induced by levofloxacin, and to provide references for clinical rational use of medicine. Methods: By collecting the re-ports of the Jiangsu Adverse Drug Reaction Momitoting Center from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, 37 cases of allergic shock induced by levofloxacin were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Allergic shock appeared in 97.30% of the patients in first use of levofloxacin, mainly through intravenous drip;54.05% of allergic shock occurred within 5 min after drug treatment; all patients were given active treat-ments after allergic shock, 28 patients were cured (75.67%), 2 patients died. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to allergic shock induced by levofloxacin to ensure the safety and rational drug use.
