目的:探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2011年2月至2013年2月在我院就诊的病毒性心肌炎患儿128例。其中62例患儿予以常规护心治疗作为对照组;66例患儿在普通护心治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠作为观察组。治疗2周后,复查心肌酶,以及观察临床症状、体征、心电图的恢复情况。结果:治疗后,观察组、对照组的总有效率差异虽无统计学意义(96.9% vs 93.5%,P>0.05);但显效率(57.6% vs 33.9%,P<0.01)及心肌酶指标(肌酸激酶及肌酸激酶同工酶,P<0.05)的改善差异有显著意义。结论:加用磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎,具有一定的疗效。
目的:探討燐痠肌痠鈉治療小兒病毒性心肌炎的療效及安全性。方法:選取2011年2月至2013年2月在我院就診的病毒性心肌炎患兒128例。其中62例患兒予以常規護心治療作為對照組;66例患兒在普通護心治療基礎上加用燐痠肌痠鈉作為觀察組。治療2週後,複查心肌酶,以及觀察臨床癥狀、體徵、心電圖的恢複情況。結果:治療後,觀察組、對照組的總有效率差異雖無統計學意義(96.9% vs 93.5%,P>0.05);但顯效率(57.6% vs 33.9%,P<0.01)及心肌酶指標(肌痠激酶及肌痠激酶同工酶,P<0.05)的改善差異有顯著意義。結論:加用燐痠肌痠鈉治療小兒病毒性心肌炎,具有一定的療效。
목적:탐토린산기산납치료소인병독성심기염적료효급안전성。방법:선취2011년2월지2013년2월재아원취진적병독성심기염환인128례。기중62례환인여이상규호심치료작위대조조;66례환인재보통호심치료기출상가용린산기산납작위관찰조。치료2주후,복사심기매,이급관찰림상증상、체정、심전도적회복정황。결과:치료후,관찰조、대조조적총유효솔차이수무통계학의의(96.9% vs 93.5%,P>0.05);단현효솔(57.6% vs 33.9%,P<0.01)급심기매지표(기산격매급기산격매동공매,P<0.05)적개선차이유현저의의。결론:가용린산기산납치료소인병독성심기염,구유일정적료효。
To observe the curative effect and safety of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for Injection in the treatment for acute viral myocarditis of children. Methods: From Feb. 2011 to Feb. 2013, 128 cases of viral myocarditis in our hospital were divided in two groups, 66 cases (reviewing group) received Creatine Phosphate Sodium for Injection plus common treatment, while the other 62 cases (control group) received common treatment only. The amelioration of myocardial enzymes, clinical symptom and electrocardiogram were observed. Result: Although there was no difference in the total effective rate (96.9% vs 93.5%, P>0.05), the significant efficiency (57.6% vs 33.9%, P<0.01), the amelioration of creatine kinase and CK-MB (P<0.05) of the reviewing group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group. Conclusion: Creatine Phosphate Sodium plus common treatment has positive effect on the acute viral myocarditis of children.
