采用葡萄糖和棕榈酸钠(Glu-Pal)联合诱导大鼠胰岛瘤 RINm-5F 细胞凋亡,用噻唑蓝比色(MTT)实验检测次血红素六肽(DhHP-6)和 Exenatide 分别或联合作用对细胞凋亡的影响。结果表明:DhHP-6和 Exenatide 均显著抑制 Glu-Pal 诱导β细胞凋亡,但二者无协同作用;DhHP-6和 Exenatide 均明显促进 RINm-5F 细胞增殖,且有显著的协同作用。
採用葡萄糖和棕櫚痠鈉(Glu-Pal)聯閤誘導大鼠胰島瘤 RINm-5F 細胞凋亡,用噻唑藍比色(MTT)實驗檢測次血紅素六肽(DhHP-6)和 Exenatide 分彆或聯閤作用對細胞凋亡的影響。結果錶明:DhHP-6和 Exenatide 均顯著抑製 Glu-Pal 誘導β細胞凋亡,但二者無協同作用;DhHP-6和 Exenatide 均明顯促進 RINm-5F 細胞增殖,且有顯著的協同作用。
채용포도당화종려산납(Glu-Pal)연합유도대서이도류 RINm-5F 세포조망,용새서람비색(MTT)실험검측차혈홍소륙태(DhHP-6)화 Exenatide 분별혹연합작용대세포조망적영향。결과표명:DhHP-6화 Exenatide 균현저억제 Glu-Pal 유도β세포조망,단이자무협동작용;DhHP-6화 Exenatide 균명현촉진 RINm-5F 세포증식,차유현저적협동작용。
Apoptosis of pancreatic β cell RINm-5F was induced by glucose coupled with sodium palmitate.Effects of DhHP-6 or/and Exenatide on the apoptosis of RINm-5F cell were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT)assay.DhHP-6 and Exenatide decreased the apoptosis induced by Glu-Pal significantly without no synergistic effect between them.In addition,we also found that DhHP-6 and Exenatide both stimulated the proliferation of RINm-5F cells,and there was a synergistic effect between them.
