采用随机抽样、主成分分析和逐步聚类分析等方法,探讨雷公藤扦插苗的苗木分级标准.提出以主枝长、地径和主根粗作为雷公藤苗木分级的质量指标,得出雷公藤苗木的3级分级标准:Ⅰ级苗:主枝长≥43.0 cm,地径≥4.22 mm,主根粗≥3.50 mm;Ⅱ级苗:43.0 cm>主枝长≥26.5 cm,4.22 mm>地径≥3.32 mm,3.50 mm>主根粗≥3.13 mm;Ⅲ级苗:26.5 cm>主枝长≥10.3 cm,3.32 mm>地径≥2.45 mm,3.13 mm>主根粗≥2.18 mm.

By using random sampling, principal component analysis and stepwise cluster analysis, classification standard of Tripterygium wilfordii cutting seedlings was studied. Considering seedling branch length, ground diameter and taproot crude as quality indexes of seedlings classification, three grade classification standards of Tripterygium wilfordii seedlings were as follows:gradeⅠ:branch length ≥43. 0 cm,ground diameter ≥4. 22 mm, taproot crude ≥3. 50 mm;gradeⅡ:43. 0 cm>branch length ≥26. 5 cm,4. 22 mm>ground diameter ≥3. 32 mm, 3. 50 mm>taproot crude≥3. 13 mm;gradeⅢ:26. 5 cm>branch length≥10. 3 cm,3. 32 mm>ground diameter≥2. 45 mm,3. 13mm >taproot crude≥2. 18 mm.
