耐火砖衬底是石灰窑的重要组成部分,耐火砖种类繁多,其耐高温的程度及优劣直接决定石灰窑的煅烧效率及使用寿命。通过对灵川某厂窑炉坍塌事故进行原因分析,发现窑炉衬底在煅烧石灰的过程中出现了低熔点液相,并提出解决方案。

An important part of lime kiln is refractory brick substrate .More over,calcining efficiency and service life of lime kiln are directly determined by degree of high temperature resistance and quality of refractory bricks which have so much variety .In this article,several low melting point liquid phases appeared in the substrate during the lime burning process and solutions were proposed to the problem.
